Dr Remy Burns is a qualified osteopath with a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Health Science (Osteopathy) from Victoria University. His journey began after numerous lifting injuries, where the care he received shaped how he practises today. This experience shaped his philosophy: focusing on the root cause of injury, combining multiple manual therapy techniques with strength-based rehabilitation, and always taking a patient-centred, goal-focused approach.

As a national-level powerlifter, coach and sponsored athlete, Remy not only understands the challenges of pain but combines clinical expertise with real-world performance experience. His focus goes beyond symptoms: building strength, capacity and resilience so you can get back to the things you enjoy.
