Dr Remy Burns is a qualified osteopath with a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Health Science (Osteopathy) from Victoria University. His journey began after numerous lifting injuries, where osteopathic care not only relieved his pain but also strengthened the underlying weaknesses. This experience shaped his philosophy: focusing on the root cause of injury, combining multiple manual therapy techniques with strength-based rehabilitation, and always taking a patient-centred, goal-focused approach.
As a national-level powerlifter, coach and sponsored athlete, Remy not only understands the challenges of pain but combines clinical expertise with real-world performance experience. His goal isn’t just symptom relief — it’s helping you build strength, capacity and long-term resilience so you can return to what you love feeling stronger, more confident, and more capable than before.

Dr Charlotte Roza graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Osteopathy) and a Master of Health Science (Osteopathy) from Victoria University.
Charlotte is passionate about helping people move better, recover from injury, and build confidence in their bodies. Her approach combines manual therapy with exercise rehabilitation and education to improve strength, capacity, and long-term health.
Working as a sports trainer with local football clubs has given Charlotte extensive experience managing acute sporting injuries and supporting athletes throughout their rehabilitation. Having experienced her own sport-related injuries and the benefits of osteopathic care, she developed a passion for helping others return to the activities they enjoy. As someone who leads an active lifestyle, Charlotte understands the importance of movement and appreciates the impact pain and injury can have on everyday life.
Charlotte enjoys treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and believes the best outcomes come from working collaboratively with patients to create personalised treatment plans that support their individual goals, whether that's returning to sport, work, or simply moving with less pain.
