Injury assessment
Are you a local sportsperson who needs an injury assessed so you know what to do? We will evaluate the severity of your injury through a thorough and detailed physical examination, medical history, and diagnostic assessment. You will be guided through the next steps and given an appropriate treatment plan. All sporting and DIY injuries are welcome, book an appointment and avoid a potentially unnecessary hospital visit

Strength Testing
Strength testing gives us an objective way to measure strength, identify asymmetries, and track progress over time. In our clinic, we use it to better understand how your body is functioning, guide treatment decisions, and tailor your rehab with more precision. It’s especially helpful when we want clear data to support return-to-sport planning, injury recovery, or performance goals.
During a session, we’ll take you through a comprehensive series of strength tests using the AxIT system. These tests are quick, non-invasive, and tailored to your needs, giving us valuable insight into your current strength, balance, and movement capacity.
At the conclusion of your testing session, you will be provided with a detailed report of our findings alongside expert recommendation of your next steps.

Shockwave Therapy
Shockwave therapy is a non-invasive treatment option we use to help support healing in stubborn soft tissue and tendon conditions. It works by delivering targeted sound waves to the affected area, which can help reduce pain, improve circulation, and encourage the body’s natural repair process. In the clinic, we use it as part of a tailored treatment plan to help clients recover more effectively and return to the activities they enjoy.
